Job Summary
The QC Inspector is responsible for inspecting raw materials, in-process production, and finished products to ensure they meet company quality standards and customer specifications in a paper and plastic manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
Inspect raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods.
Perform quality checks on dimensions, appearance, weight, and packaging.
Identify and report non-conforming products.
Record inspection results and maintain quality documentation.
Ensure compliance with company quality standards, ISO procedures, and safety requirements.
Support investigations and corrective actions for quality issues.
Qualifications
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in a related field.
2–3 years of QC experience in paper, plastic, or manufacturing industries.
Knowledge of quality inspection tools and measuring instruments.
Good attention to detail and communication skills.
