📢 URGENT REQUIREMENT – QC ENGINEER
Position: QC Engineer – Aluminium Façade & Standing Seam Roofing
Location: Saudi Arabia
Experience: 3–5+ years in façade, aluminium cladding, and roofing projects
Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Civil, Architectural, Structural, or related Engineering field.
Key Requirements:
Strong experience in aluminium façade, cladding, curtain wall, and standing seam roofing works.
Knowledge of façade and roofing installation, materials, fixing systems, sealants, flashing, joints, and tolerances.
Ability to review shop drawings, material submittals, method statements, ITPs, and specifications.
Conduct material and site inspections and prepare IR/WIR, MIR, checklists, and inspection reports.
Identify and manage NCRs, corrective actions, and punch-list items.
Coordinate with consultants, contractors, suppliers, and site teams.
Knowledge of applicable ASTM, AAMA, EN, BS, and project-specific standards is preferred.
Experience with façade testing such as water penetration, air infiltration, sealant adhesion, and structural/performance testing is an advantage.
Good knowledge of QA/QC documentation and ISO 9001 procedures.
Immediate availability and transferable Iqama preferred.
