QA/QC Inspector Civil

I have 10 years experience of construction work as 6 years of QC inspector works at Saudi Arabia. I am responsible for inspecting and monitoring civil construction activities to ensure that all work complies with approved drawings, project specifications, method statements, ITPs, and applicable Saudi/international standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Inspect earthwork, excavation, backfilling, compaction, concrete, rebar, formwork, masonry, waterproofing, and finishing works.

Review approved drawings, specifications, Method Statements, and Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs).

Conduct inspections and prepare Inspection Requests (IR/WIR) for completed works.

Verify materials, workmanship, dimensions, levels, and alignment according to approved requirements.

Monitor concrete activities, including pre-pour inspections, slump tests, temperature checks, and concrete sampling.

Ensure proper testing and documentation of soil, concrete, and other construction materials.

Identify non-conforming work and coordinate corrective actions and NCR closure.

Maintain QA/QC inspection records, checklists, test reports, and documentation.
