Key Responsibilities:
Conduct quality control inspections and testing of precast concrete products (walls, slabs, beams, columns, staircases) to ensure compliance with project specifications, standards, and client requirements.
Review and implement QA/QC documentation including Project Quality Plan (PQP), Inspection & Test Plans (ITP), Method Statements, and Material Approval Requests (MARs).
Coordinate with the production and erection teams to maintain quality throughout manufacturing, transportation, and installation stages.
Monitor curing, finishing, and dimensional accuracy of precast elements in accordance with approved shop drawings and standards (ASTM / ACI / BS).
Ensure calibration and proper functioning of testing equipment and laboratory instruments.
Raise and track Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), recommend corrective actions, and verify the implementation of preventive measures.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly quality reports and support QA/QC audits by clients or consultants.
