As our project portfolio continues to expand, we are seeking an experienced and results-driven Project Manager to provide overall leadership and strategic oversight of the company's ongoing projects.
About the Role
The Project Manager will be responsible for the overall performance and successful delivery of multiple projects, ensuring that projects are executed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with contractual requirements, approved schedules, budgets, quality standards, and client expectations.
This is a key leadership position with direct involvement in project operations, commercial performance, client/EPC relationships, project teams, subcontractors, and strategic decision-making.
The successful candidate should be a hands-on leader with strong construction and commercial awareness and the ability to effectively manage multiple projects in a demanding project environment.
Key Responsibilities
Provide overall leadership and strategic oversight of the company's project portfolio.
Lead project teams and establish clear objectives, priorities, and performance expectations.
Ensure projects are delivered in accordance with scope, schedule, cost, quality, HSE, and contractual requirements.
Monitor overall project performance and implement corrective and recovery measures where required.
Manage project budgets, cost performance, resources, and commercial objectives.
Lead coordination with clients, consultants, EPC contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and other key stakeholders.
Monitor subcontractor performance and ensure compliance with contractual and project requirements.
Review project schedules, manpower plans, procurement requirements, construction methodologies, and resource allocation.
Identify project risks, constraints, and potential delays and ensure timely mitigation and recovery actions.
Provide direction on contractual, technical, commercial, and operational matters in coordination with the relevant departments.
Support the management of claims, variations, change orders, and contractual matters.
Ensure effective coordination between project management, engineering, construction, procurement, commercial, planning, and HSE functions.
Review project progress, forecasts, cost reports, and key performance indicators and provide regular updates to senior management.
Maintain strong professional relationships with clients, consultants, EPC contractors, and other stakeholders.
Conduct regular visits to project sites to monitor performance, resolve critical issues, and support project teams.
Drive a culture of accountability, safety, quality, productivity, and continuous improvement across all projects.
Candidate Profile
We are looking for a senior construction professional with a proven ability to lead teams, manage complex projects, solve problems, and deliver results in challenging project environments.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate:
Strong leadership and decision-making capabilities.
Excellent project planning and execution skills.
Strong commercial and contractual awareness.
Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related engineering discipline.
Minimum 15 years of progressive experience in construction and project management.
Proven track record in managing governmental and industrial projects.
Strong experience in project execution, construction management, cost control, planning, subcontractor management, and stakeholder coordination.
Previous experience with contracting or specialist subcontracting companies in a similar Project Manager position is highly preferred.
Experience working under or alongside major EPC contractors, consultants, and leading clients is an advantage.
Strong understanding of project commercial and contractual requirements.
Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to travel regularly to project sites across Saudi Arabia.
