Position: Project Manager - Interior Fitout
Department: Projects / Operations
Reports To: Project Director / General Manager
Location: Jeddah, Saudi Arabia
Employment Type: Full-Time
Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and results-oriented Project Manager to lead and manage interior fit-out, renovation, and construction projects from project award through completion and handover.
The Project Manager will be responsible for overall project planning, execution, coordination, quality, cost, schedule, client communication, and team management. The role requires strong technical knowledge, commercial awareness, leadership skills, and the ability to deliver projects safely, efficiently, and to the required quality standards.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Architectural Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant project management experience.
- Strong experience in interior fit-out and contracting projects is highly preferred.
- Experience in commercial offices, retail, hospitality, residential, or high-end fit-out projects is a must.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, MEP coordination, and interior fit-out works.
- Good knowledge of project scheduling, cost control, procurement, and subcontractor management.
- Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of Primavera P6, MS Project, AutoCAD, or similar software is an advantage.
- Knowledge of Saudi construction practices, client requirements, and site procedures is preferred.
- Valid Saudi Driving License
- Transferable Iqama
Key Performance Expectations
The Project Manager is expected to ensure that assigned projects are delivered on time, within the approved budget, to the required quality standards, and in compliance with safety and project requirements, while maintaining effective relationships with clients, consultants, suppliers, and subcontractors.
