Description
Position: Project Execution Lead (ELV, ICT and security systems)
Job Purpose
The Project Execution Lead is responsible for coordinating internal site operations, supporting Project Engineers, managing internal stakeholder interfaces, and ensuring smooth execution of project activities.
The role will also support pre-sales and tender activities by providing practical technical and execution inputs, resource requirements, methodologies, schedules, and site-related information.
The position serves as a key coordination point between site teams, Project Engineers, Engineering, Procurement, Project Controls, Commercial, Pre-Sales, and Management.
Key Responsibilities
• Coordinate and oversee day-to-day internal project execution activities at site.
• Coordinate and support Project Engineers in planning and executing their assigned activities.

• Monitor site progress, manpower, materials, engineering requirements, and execution constraints.
• Coordinate with internal departments to resolve project and site-related issues.
• Follow up on engineering deliverables, material requirements, technical submissions, testing, commissioning, and handover activities.
• Identify execution risks, delays, resource constraints, and technical issues and escalate them to the appropriate management level.
• Conduct regular internal coordination with Project Engineers and relevant support departments.
• Ensure project execution activities are aligned with approved scope, schedule, quality requirements, and project objectives.
• Support Project Managers and management with technical and execution-related information and recommendations.
• Provide practical site input for project planning, resource requirements, execution methodology, and recovery plans.
• Support Business Development and Pre-Sales teams during tenders and proposals.
