I am writing to express my interest in opportunities as a Project Engineer / Project Manager – Mechanical Engineering.

I am a Mechanical Engineer with over 6 years of hands-on experience in mechanical fabrication, structural installation, modification, dismantling, and project execution. I hold a valid Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) membership, and my Iqama profession is classified as Mechanical Engineer.

In addition to my mechanical engineering experience, I have good working knowledge of civil, architectural, and structural drawings, which enables me to coordinate effectively across multiple disciplines on construction and industrial projects. I am also experienced in project budgeting, preparation of quotations, procurement follow-up, subcontractor coordination, and overall project documentation.

I am capable of preparing and coordinating key project documents, including:

Method Statements
Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs)
Risk Assessments
Material Submittals
Technical Queries
Work Inspection Requests
Project progress reports
Scope of Work and Responsibility Matrices
HSE plans, procedures, and other project documentation required by clients and consultants

I am NEBOSH and OSHA certified and have strong practical knowledge of occupational health and safety management. In addition, I am currently pursuing an NVQ Level 7 Diploma in Strategic Health & Safety Management. This combination of engineering, project management, and HSE experience allows me to contribute effectively in Project Engineering, Project Management, Mechanical Engineering, or HSE-related roles.

I also have strong practical knowledge of AI tools for engineering, project management, HSE, and office productivity. I efficiently use tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Google AI Studio, NotebookLM, and other AI platforms to assist with preparation and improvement of technical documents, procedures, policies, method statements, risk assessments, reports, presentations, quotations, data analysis, professional correspondence, and other project-related documentation. I also have introductory experience using AI for website and application development, image generation, video generation, and content editing.

I am currently based in Dammam, Saudi Arabia, and actively seeking a challenging opportunity where I can utilize my engineering, project management, documentation, HSE, and AI-enabled productivity skills to contribute to successful project delivery.
