• Bachelor’s degree in Horticulture, Botany, Plant Sciences, Plant Biology, or related field
• 5+ years’ experience in plant propagation and nursery horticulture
• Strong experience with seeds, cuttings, grafting, budding, layering and division
• Knowledge of nursery management, irrigation, growing media and plant nutrition
• Experience with rare/endangered species or conservation propagation preferred
