Experienced in developing Level III/IV Baseline Schedules with 2,000+ activities, WBS development, CPM & Critical Path Analysis, Resource & Cost Loading, EVM, S-Curves, Manpower Histograms, Lookahead Planning, Recovery Schedules, and Delay Analysis.
Strong experience in Structural, Civil, MEP, Finishing, Procurement & Construction Planning, including E1 Engineering/Shop Drawing Logs, E2 Material/Procurement Logs, Material Tracking, Progress Measurement, Planned vs. Actual Analysis, Daily/Weekly/Monthly Reporting, and EOT Support.
