Part-Time Estimation Tutor Required

Huda Arabia Private Limited Co. is looking for an experienced Part-Time Construction Estimation Tutor to provide practical training and guidance in construction estimation and tendering.

Part-Time Estimation Tutor

Responsibilities

* Train engineers in professional construction estimation.
* Teach BOQ preparation and quantity take-off.
* Conduct unit rate analysis for Civil, Architectural, MEP, and Finishing works.
* Guide tender pricing and quotation preparation.
* Explain material, labor, equipment costing, and market rate analysis.
* Share practical estimation techniques and industry best practices.

Requirements

* Minimum 5 years of experience in construction estimation.
* Strong knowledge of BOQs, quantity surveying, and tendering.
* Experience with Microsoft Excel and estimation software.
* Experience in Saudi Arabian construction projects is preferred.
* Ability to conduct online or in-person training on a flexible schedule.
