Description
We are a leading manpower supply and labor rental company in Saudi Arabia seeking an experienced Operations Supervisor to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage daily manpower deployment and client operations.
* Coordinate workforce allocation according to customer requirements.
* Supervise attendance, transportation, accommodation, and workforce movement.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure service excellence.
* Resolve operational issues promptly and efficiently.
* Coordinate with HR, recruitment, and administration to ensure smooth operations.
* Prepare daily and monthly operational reports.
* Ensure compliance with Saudi labor regulations and company policies.
Requirements:
* Minimum 5 years of experience in a manpower supply / labor rental company in Saudi Arabia (mandatory).
* Strong knowledge of workforce deployment and labor supply operations.
* Excellent communication and client management skills.
* Valid Saudi driving license.
* Good command of English (Arabic is an advantage).
* Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* Transferable Iqama preferred (for expatriate candidates).
Preferred Candidates:
* Candidates with proven experience handling large manpower contracts in construction, industrial, manufacturing, or facilities management sectors.
* Immediate joiners will be given preference.
