Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Client Servicing Executive to join our dynamic team at Creative Action in Jeddah. As a fresher with 0-1 year of experience, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and grow with our company. You will report directly to the Account Manager and play a key role in building strong relationships with clients across Saudi Arabia.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Client Relationship Management: building and maintaining strong client relationships through clear communication and support
- Lead Generation: proactively identifying and generating quality leads through various channels
- Follow-Up: consistently following up on leads and client inquiries to secure deals
- Collaboration: working closely with the Account Manager to support account strategies and deliver presentations
- Market Research: staying updated on Saudi market trends to discover new opportunities
