Description
We are looking for experienced Multi Welders specialized in GTAW (TIG) and SMAW (Stick) for carbon steel and stainless steel fabrication.
🔧 Job Responsibilities
Welding carbon steel and stainless steel piping systems, flanges, and branch connections.
Welding nozzles and reinforcement pads on pressure vessels, tanks, and heat exchanger shells.
Performing TIG root passes with back purging for stainless steel.
Performing Stick (SMAW) fill and cap passes.
Welding structural steel, equipment supports, saddles, lifting lugs, and base plates.
Performing dissimilar welding (Carbon Steel to Stainless Steel).
Following approved WPS, fabrication drawings, and QC requirements.
✅ Requirements
Valid WPQ according to ASME Section IX for TIG and Stick welding.
Qualified in Carbon Steel (P-1) and Stainless Steel (P-8).
Valid 6G pipe welding qualification.
Minimum 3 years of relevant welding experience.
Valid welder continuity log.
Must pass a practical welding test for carbon steel and stainless steel.
⭐ Preferred Skills
Stainless steel back purging experience.
Carbon steel to stainless steel dissimilar welding.
Experience in piping, flanges, pressure equipment, and structural steel fabrication.
GMAW (MIG) welding experience.
📍 Location: Jubail Industrial City, Saudi Arabia
