* Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
* Minimum **15 years of experience** as a Movement Manager.
* Strong experience in managing heavy equipment, trucks, transportation, and fleet operations.
* Strong leadership and team management skills.
* Relevant experience in construction and contracting companies is preferred.
