We Are MEP Contractor and we are Hiring for our new 5 start hotel project in Al Khobar
Role Description
(The MEP Construction Manager-full-time, on-site role based in Al Khobar
• Supervising the delivery of mechanical and MEP construction works, ensuring compliance with health and safety, quality, programming, and project objectives.
• Managing the installation, testing, commissioning, and handover of mechanical systems, ensuring all works are delivered in line with project specifications and operational requirements.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and key stakeholders, translating project objectives into effective delivery strategies.
• Driving the successful delivery of fast-track construction and fit-out packages, proactively managing risks, interfaces, and programming challenges.
• Championing positive health, safety, well-being, and quality culture across all project activities.
• Providing technical leadership and guidance to project teams, promoting collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
• Implementing quality assurance processes, inspections, audits, and performance reviews to ensure successful project outcomes.
• Overseeing testing, commissioning, integrated systems testing, handover, and project close-out activities to achieve operational readiness and client satisfaction.
Qualifications
• A degree in (Mechanical , Electrical, Or Building Services) engineering,
• Proven experience managing the installation, testing, commissioning, and handover of mechanical and MEP services on complex, fast-track projects, ensuring safe delivery, operational readiness, and compliance with project and client requirements.
• Experience delivering fit-out and technical infrastructure packages within mission-critical, industrial, utility, transportation, healthcare, data center, or similarly complex environments.
• Strong understanding of construction sequencing, installation methodologies, systems integration, testing and commissioning protocols, and phased handover strategies.
• Demonstrable experience managing the installation, testing, commissioning, and handover of mechanical and MEP services within complex project environments.
• Experience delivering fast-track construction projects and fit-out works, with the ability to manage multiple work fronts and critical programming milestones.
• Strong knowledge of health and safety legislation, risk management practices, and industry best practice standards.
• Demonstrated experience in stakeholder management, contractor coordination, programme recovery, and the use of digital project management and reporting tools.
• Eligibility to meet Kingdom of Saudi Arabia visa requirements and a proven track record of delivering high-value projects/programming for a project management consultancy or similar environment.
