Description
Supervise and manage day-to-day HVAC, plumbing, and firefighting installation works at site.
Coordinate with subcontractors, consultants, QC/inspection teams, and other site disciplines.
Interpret and execute mechanical works as per approved drawings and project specifications.
Monitor manpower, work progress, materials, and site activities.
Supervise installation of HVAC ducting, piping, plumbing, drainage, and firefighting systems.
Coordinate mechanical works with architectural, structural, and electrical requirements.
Prepare and follow up WIR, MIR, RFI, NCR, SOR, and other site documentation.
Ensure inspections and testing are completed as per project requirements.
Support testing and commissioning activities for HVAC and firefighting systems.
Verify quantities and installed works and assist with progress reporting.
Monitor site work quality and ensure compliance with project specifications.
Coordinate with subcontractors to resolve site issues and maintain work progress.
Assist in snagging, punch-list clearance, and final handover activities.
Ensure all mechanical activities are carried out safely and in accordance with site safety requirements.
