Mechanical Engineer – HVAC & Maintenance
We are looking for a Mechanical Engineer to join our team for maintenance projects in the Eastern Region of Saudi Arabia.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in mechanical and HVAC maintenance.
Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, including Chillers, Package Units, Split Units, VRF/VRV and related equipment.
Good practical experience in Chiller operation, troubleshooting, preventive maintenance (PPM) and corrective maintenance.
Good knowledge of mechanical systems, pumps, valves, piping and associated equipment.
Proficiency in engineering software, especially AutoCAD and HAP (Hourly Analysis Program).
Ability to read and understand mechanical/HVAC drawings and prepare technical drawings when required.
Experience in preparing HVAC calculations, equipment selection and technical reports.
Experience in supervising technicians and managing maintenance activities.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Work Location: Eastern Region, Saudi Arabia.
Previous experience in maintenance projects is highly preferred.
Job Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage HVAC and mechanical maintenance activities.
Follow up on preventive and corrective maintenance works.
Troubleshoot HVAC and Chiller-related issues.
Prepare and review HVAC drawings using AutoCAD.
Perform HVAC load calculations and system analysis using HAP.
Coordinate technicians and maintenance teams at project sites.
Prepare technical reports, maintenance schedules and material requirements.
Follow up on client requirements and ensure timely completion of maintenance works.
Ensure all works are completed safely and according to project requirements.
