### Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled, creative, and experienced **Marketing Specialist** with a strong background in the **Food & Beverage (F&B) industry**, particularly coffee shops, restaurants, and food chain businesses.

The ideal candidate must have proven experience in developing and implementing effective marketing strategies that increase brand awareness, attract customers, and drive business growth.

### Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute effective marketing strategies for coffee shops and restaurants.
- Plan and manage promotional campaigns to increase customer traffic and sales.
- Manage social media platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, and other digital channels.
- Create engaging marketing content and coordinate food photography and promotional videos.
- Develop innovative marketing concepts for new products, seasonal promotions, and branch openings.
- Monitor competitors, market trends, and customer preferences in the Saudi F&B industry.
- Manage digital advertising campaigns and evaluate their effectiveness.
- Collaborate with branch managers to ensure consistent branding and marketing activities.
- Analyze campaign performance and recommend strategies for business growth.

### Qualifications & Requirements

✅ **Saudi nationality is mandatory.**
✅ Proven marketing experience in coffee shops, restaurants, or food chain businesses.
✅ Strong knowledge of marketing strategies and digital advertising.
✅ Experience in social media management, branding, and promotional campaigns.
✅ Creative, innovative, and results-oriented.
✅ Able to develop marketing plans independently.
✅ Excellent communication and organizational skills.
✅ Willing to work in Al Kharj, Saudi Arabia.
