2. Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute targeted marketing strategies to promote manpower supply services to prospective corporate clients.
Manage multi-channel digital campaigns, social media content, and branding strategies for candidate and client acquisition Conduct market research to identify prospective sectors needing skilled, semi-skilled, or professional manpower.
Support business development teams with proposal preparation, pitch presentations, and client promotional materials.
Track, evaluate, and report campaign performance and return on investment (ROI) to management.
3. Salary & Compensation Package
Base Salary & Allowances: To be finalized upon completion of the official interview and performance assessment.
Benefits:
Comprehensive Health Insurance (as per company policy)
Annual paid vacation leave []e.g., 21 or 30 days]
Round-trip flight allowance (if applicable)
