Marketing Manager – Construction Industry (Commission Based)
Company: Crescent International Contracting Company
Location: Saudi Arabia
Crescent International Contracting Company is looking for a dynamic and result-driven Marketing Manager to generate new business opportunities and expand our client network in Saudi Arabia.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and secure new construction projects.
Develop relationships with developers, consultants, and contractors.
Generate leads for Civil, MEP, Turnkey, Hospital, and Commercial projects.
Prepare and follow up on proposals and client meetings.
Achieve monthly business development targets.
Requirements:
Experience in construction business development or marketing in Saudi Arabia.
Strong network with clients, consultants, and project owners.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated and target-oriented.
Compensation:
Commission Basis: 1–3% per successful project.
Attractive earning potential with no income limit.
