We are looking for an experienced and ambitious Marketing Coordinator who has strong connections within the Saudi Arabian manpower supply market and can help drive business growth, secure new clients, and develop long-term business relationships.
✅ Key Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of experience in manpower supply marketing or business development in Saudi Arabia.
Strong network of contractors, industrial companies, and project clients.
Proven track record in lead generation, client acquisition, and business development.
Good knowledge of manpower requirements, quotations, pricing, and commercial negotiations.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
Valid Saudi driving license and transferable Iqama.
Willingness to travel across Saudi Arabia for client meetings and business development.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
