Description
Sea Never Dry Est. is looking for an experienced Manpower Operations Manager to lead and manage our manpower operations and workforce deployment.
📍 Location: Dammam, Saudi Arabia
💼 Position: Manpower Operations Manager
📅 Employment: Full-Time / Long-Term
🔹 Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day manpower operations and workforce deployment.
Coordinate recruitment, mobilization, onboarding, and employee movement.
Manage manpower requirements from clients and ensure timely fulfillment.
Coordinate with recruitment, HR, PRO, transportation, accommodation, and site teams.
Monitor workforce attendance, productivity, replacement, and demobilization.
Maintain accurate manpower databases and employee documentation.
Ensure workers are mobilized according to project requirements and timelines.
Handle client coordination and resolve operational issues efficiently.
Develop and improve manpower recruitment and mobilization processes.
Prepare operational reports, manpower forecasts, and KPIs.
Manage multiple projects and workforce requirements simultaneously.
🔹 Requirements
✅ Minimum 10 years of experience in Manpower Supply / Recruitment Operations / Workforce Management.
✅ Strong knowledge of manpower mobilization and deployment in Saudi Arabia.
✅ Experience dealing with clients and manpower requirements.
✅ Strong team management and problem-solving skills.
✅ Good knowledge of Qiwa, Muqeem, Absher Business, Ajeer and related manpower processes.
✅ Excellent communication and coordination skills.
✅ Good command of English; Arabic is an advantage.
✅ Saudi Arabia experience is required.
🎯 Preferred
Experience managing manpower operations for Construction, Oil & Gas, Industrial, Manufacturing, or Facility Management projects.
