Description
We are looking for a creative and motivated Manpower Marketing Coordinator to join our team and support the growth of our manpower business.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote manpower services.
Generate qualified leads and identify new business opportunities.
Manage the company's social media platforms and digital marketing activities.
Create marketing content, company profiles, brochures, and promotional materials.
Coordinate with the Business Development and Recruitment teams.
Maintain strong relationships with clients and support brand awareness.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience in marketing, preferably in the manpower, recruitment, or contracting industry.
Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and social media platforms.
Knowledge of graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe, etc.) is an advantage.
Strong organizational and coordination skills.
