Job Summary
We are seeking a qualified and dedicated Male Nurse for immediate deployment to medical facilities and industrial site clinics across Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will be an Indian national with a valid Saudi license, possessing strong clinical skills to provide high-quality patient care and emergency response in compliance with international healthcare standards.
Key Responsibilities
• Patient Care: Provide direct and comprehensive nursing care to patients, including administering medications, IV therapy, and treatments as prescribed.
• Emergency Response: Deliver immediate and effective first aid and emergency care for all injuries, illnesses, and accidents occurring on-site, stabilizing patients before transport if necessary.
• Monitoring & Assessment: Monitor patients' conditions, interpret vital signs, and report critical changes promptly to the medical team.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate, confidential, and comprehensive medical records, logs of treatments, and incident reports.
• Collaboration: Work closely with physicians, the Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) team, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated patient care and safety protocols.
• Infection Control: Follow strict infection control and hygiene protocols to maintain a safe environment.
Qualifications & Requirements
• Education: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (B.Sc Nursing) from a recognized institution.
• Experience:
o Minimum 2 to 4 years of post-qualification clinical experience.
o Experience in Emergency Room (ER), Intensive Care Unit (ICU), or Occupational Health settings is highly preferred.
• Licensing (Mandatory):
o Valid and current nursing license/registration from the home country (Indian Nursing Council).
o Saudi Commission for Health Specialties (SCFHS) Classification/Registration is mandatory.
o Prometric Certification is mandatory.
• Certifications: Valid Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certifications are required.
Key Skills
• Excellent clinical and diagnostic skills.
• Ability to remain calm and effective under pressure during emergencies.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Proficiency in medical equipment and computer applications for record-keeping.
