TAJ Polyclinic is seeking a qualified and experienced nursing professional to lead nursing operations, enhance patient safety, improve clinical quality, and ensure compliance with Saudi healthcare regulations and accreditation standards.
✅ Qualifications & Requirements
• Male Nursing Professional—as legally justified by role requirements
• Education: BSc Nursing
• Valid SCFHS registration & classification as Specialist
• Min. 5 to 6 years progressive nursing experience
• Practical knowledge of CBAHI standards & quality improvement
• Proven leadership in managing nursing teams & operations
• Community health/care coordination experience—advantage
• BLS certification mandatory; ACLS as required
• Fluent English; Arabic proficiency—advantage
