Job Summary:
We are seeking experienced Maintenance Supervisors (Filipino, Pakistani, or Indian nationality) to join our technical team. The ideal candidates will be responsible for supervising maintenance operations, coordinating technician teams, and ensuring equipment and facilities are kept in proper working condition.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate the daily work of maintenance technicians.
Plan and schedule preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
Inspect equipment, machinery, and facilities to identify maintenance needs.
Ensure maintenance work complies with safety standards and company policies.
Maintain records of maintenance activities, spare parts, and equipment status.
Report technical issues and maintenance progress to management.
Train and guide technicians on proper maintenance procedures.
Requirements & Qualifications:
Filipino, Pakistani, or Indian nationality (required).
Proven experience as a Maintenance Supervisor or senior Technician (3+ years preferred).
Strong technical knowledge of mechanical/electrical maintenance systems.
Good communication and team leadership skills.
Ability to read technical drawings and maintenance manuals.
Valid relevant certification/diploma preferred.
