Section: Production department
Subject: Thermoforming Operator:
Job summary:
The thermoforming operator is responsible for operating, monitoring and maintaing thermoforming machines to ensure efficent production of high quality plastic products,
Duties:
Set up, start up, and operate thermoforming machines according to production schedules.
Change molds, load materials, and install tools and inserts as per product requirements.
Monitor machine performance and product output to ensure quality and effieciency.
Perform regular visual and dimensional inspection to verify that product meet specifications.
Coordinate with the supervisor or maintenacne personal for machine or mold issue.
Basic Relationship:
Reports directly to the Thermoforming supervisor.
Qualifactions:
Secondary or college gradute(perferably in Technical or Vocational Courses)
Minimum of 2 years of experience in Thermoforming or plastic manufaturing
Knowledge of Good manufacturing Practices (GMP) and ISO 22000 standards
Traning skills
Mold and tooling setup for Thermoforming machines
Troubleshooting and adjustment of machine setting to correct product defects
Familiarty with ISO22000 Standards, Hygiene, And houskeeping procedures
