Description
We are seeking an experienced Wet Utilities Technical Office Engineer to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, for roads and infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will have 7-10 years of experience, with contractor experience and strong experience in wet utilities being mandatory. A Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering is required, along with experience with Saudi utility authority requirements.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Reviewing IFC drawings and preparing utilities shop drawings
- Performing utility coordination using Civil 3D
- Preparing quantity take-offs and BOQ verification
- Coordinating with roads and structural disciplines
- Utility experience is required in areas such as potable water network, fire water network, sewer network, stormwater network, and irrigation network.
The successful candidate will be proficient in Civil 3D, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Excel, with skills in quantity surveying, utility coordination, and technical reviews. Previous experience in roads and infrastructure projects in Saudi Arabia is highly preferred, with experience working with NWC being an advantage.
