Description
We are seeking an experienced Structural Engineer to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, for roads and infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will have 8-12 years of experience, with a proven track record in infrastructure and reinforced concrete structures, and contractor experience is mandatory. A Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering and strong background in reinforced concrete design interpretation are required.
Key responsibilities include:
- Reviewing structural IFC drawings and preparing structural shop drawings
- Coordinating with site engineers and resolving technical construction issues
- Reviewing temporary works and preparing method statements
- Monitoring execution quality and coordinating inspections
The successful candidate will be proficient in AutoCAD, and experience with ETABS/SAFE and Microsoft Excel is preferred. Required skills include reinforcement detailing, concrete structures, technical problem-solving, and site execution support. Previous experience in roads and infrastructure projects is mandatory, and experience with government clients such as NHC, NWC, SEC, or Municipalities is an advantage.
