Looking for Operations Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Operations Supervisor to join our team in Jeddah. The successful candidate will oversee daily operational activities, employee administration, and ensure compliance with Saudi labor regulations. Key responsibilities include managing employee onboarding and offboarding, handling GOSI registrations, and processing payroll through Mudad.

We prefer a female candidate with Arabic language proficiency and good English communication skills. The Operations Supervisor will play a key role in coordinating with HR, Finance, and government agencies to ensure smooth business operations and compliance with Saudi labor laws.
