Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
Executive Support
Manage the CEO's calendar, appointments, and meetings.
Prepare meeting agendas, presentations, and reports.
Draft professional emails, letters, and business correspondence.
Record and distribute meeting minutes and action items.
Coordinate travel arrangements and business schedules.
Business Coordination
Follow up with department heads on assigned tasks and deadlines.
Prepare weekly and monthly sales performance reports.
Assist in client proposal preparation and document management.
Reporting & Dashboard Management
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly management reports.
Administrative Duties
Maintain organized filing systems (digital and physical).
Handle confidential documents and sensitive information.
Coordinate internal meetings and company events.
Support office administration and operational requirements.
Qualifications
Master's degree in business administration, Management, Marketing, or related field.
3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or Administrative Coordinator.
Experience supporting senior management or executives preferred.
Skills & Competencies
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Experience with CRM systems and reporting tools.
Strong analytical and reporting capabilities.
Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
