**Job Title: Laundry & Cleaning Specialist**

Amkinah is looking for an experienced Laundry & Cleaning Specialist with **3–4 years of hands-on laundry experience**, specialising in **shoe, bag and leather cleaning**, with additional experience in **house, sofa, carpet and office cleaning**.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Perform washing, drying, ironing and finishing according to garment care instructions.
- Inspect customer items, identify materials and stains, and record existing damage before cleaning.
- Clean shoes, bags and leather products using suitable cleaning methods and products.
- Carry out house and office cleaning according to assigned task checklists.
- Clean sofas and carpets using methods and equipment suitable for their materials.
- Operate cleaning equipment safely and maintain tools in good condition.
- Inspect completed work, pack and label customer items, and report unresolved stains or damage.
- Drive for assigned customer collections, deliveries and cleaning visits.
**Requirements**
- 3–4 years of practical experience in laundry operations.
- Proven skills in shoe, bag and leather cleaning.
- Experience in house, sofa, carpet and office cleaning.
- Knowledge of material identification, stain treatment and safe use of cleaning products.
- A valid driving licence.
- Attention to detail, careful handling of customer belongings and professional customer service.
