Adline Media — Exhibits . Events . Prints — is hiring a Junior Accountant to join our Accounts & Finance team at our Head Office in Al Khobar.
Job Details
Position: Junior Accountant
Location: Al Khobar, Eastern Province, KSA (Head Office)
Working Hours: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
Day Off: Friday
Benefits: Accommodation and transportation provided
Salary Total Monthly Gross 2500 SR Not More

Key Responsibilities
Recording and booking all vendor invoices in the system
Preparing and issuing Purchase Orders (POs) for approved purchases and services
Collecting, verifying, and summarizing overtime data for internal and external staff
Processing payroll for outsourced/temporary labor
Performing daily bank and credit card reconciliations to ensure accuracy of transactions
Requirements
Minimum 1 year of experience in an Accounts/Finance department, in a related position
Experience with Zoho Books is a strong plus
Good command of Excel and general accounting practices
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to meet deadlines
