About the Position
We are looking for a dynamic, target-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive to join our medical consumables business in Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in selling medical consumables, disposable medical products, surgical supplies, infection-control products, wound-care products, or related healthcare products and should have strong relationships with hospitals, clinics, pharmacies, procurement departments, and healthcare institutions.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Promote and sell the company's medical consumables and healthcare products.
Develop new customers and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
Visit hospitals, clinics, medical centers, pharmacies, and healthcare procurement departments.
Prepare quotations, follow up on enquiries, and convert opportunities into orders.
Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to customers.
Monitor competitors, market prices, and new business opportunities.
Follow up on tenders, purchase orders, deliveries, and customer requirements.
Maintain an updated sales pipeline and submit regular sales reports.
Support marketing activities, product launches, exhibitions, and customer campaigns.
Coordinate with management, logistics, and finance teams to ensure smooth order execution.
Candidate Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Pharmacy, Nursing, Medical Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in medical consumables / medical supplies sales, preferably in Eastern Region, Saudi Arabia.
Existing contacts with hospitals, clinics, distributors, or healthcare procurement departments will be an advantage.
Knowledge of medical consumables, disposables, surgical products, wound care, or infection control is preferred.
Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-management skills.
Good command of English; Arabic is an advantage.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
Valid Saudi driving license is preferred/required.
Willingness to travel within the Eastern Province and other assigned areas.
Self-motivated, energetic, and capable of working independently to achieve sales targets.
