We are looking for a qualified and motivated Saudi Female HR Officer to join our team in Dammam.
Position: HR Officer
Gender: Female
Nationality: Saudi Arabian
Location: Dammam, Saudi Arabia
Experience: HR experience preferred
Key Responsibilities:
Handle daily HR operations and employee records.
Manage attendance, leave, and employee documentation.
Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
Maintain HR files and prepare HR reports.
Ensure compliance with Saudi Labour Law and company policies.
Requirements:
Saudi national, female only.
Good communication and organizational skills.
Knowledge of Saudi Labour Law and HR procedures.
Proficiency in MS Office.
Previous HR experience is an advantage.
