Job Vacancy: Hostess / Reservation Agent
Restaurant: Kataya Restaurant
Location: Jeddah, Saudi Arabia
Employment Type: Full-Time
Kataya Restaurant is looking for a friendly, professional, and customer-oriented Hostess / Reservation Agent to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome and greet guests warmly and professionally.
Manage table reservations, bookings, and guest inquiries by phone and in person.
Coordinate with the service team to ensure smooth guest seating.
Maintain reservation records and manage waiting lists.
Handle guest requests and provide excellent customer service.
Requirements
Previous experience as a hostess, receptionist, or reservation agent in a restaurant or hospitality environment is preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Professional appearance and a welcoming personality.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to work under pressure.
Good command of English; Arabic is an advantage.
Must be currently available in Saudi Arabia.
