Silverlines Trading Co. is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented E-Commerce Assistant with 2–3 years of relevant experience to support and manage our online sales operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and update product listings on e-commerce platforms (product descriptions, pricing, images, SKUs)
Coordinate daily order processing, invoicing, and shipment tracking
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams
Handle customer inquiries related to orders, products, and delivery status
Assist in planning and executing online promotions, discounts, and campaigns
Prepare basic sales, inventory, and performance reports
Ensure accurate data entry and smooth day-to-day e-commerce operations
Requirements:
2–3 years of experience in e-commerce operations or a similar role
Hands-on experience with e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Noon, Namshi, Trendyol etc..
Basic understanding of inventory management and order fulfillment
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Good communication and coordination abilities
Proficiency in MS Excel and basic reporting tools
Experience: 2–3 years
