We are looking for a skilled and experienced Concrete Mason to join our dynamic construction team. If you have expertise in forming, pouring, and finishing concrete structures with high precision according to engineering blueprints, we would love to hear from you.
📋 Key Responsibilities
Formwork & Pouring: Build forms, set molds, and pour concrete for foundations, walls, slabs, and structural elements.
Finishing & Leveling: Smooth, level, and finish concrete surfaces using hand tools, trowels, and power floats.
Blueprint Reading: Interpret and execute architectural and engineering drawings and specifications accurately.
Repair & Restoration: Patch voids, fix cracks, and repair imperfections in existing concrete structures.
Safety Compliance: Adhere strictly to on-site health and safety regulations and properly use personal protective equipment (PPE).
🎯 Requirements & Qualifications
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in concrete masonry and construction.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in using hand and power tools related to concrete work (trowels, vibrators, screeds, etc.).
Blueprint Literacy: Ability to read and understand technical drawings and project layouts.
Physical Fitness: Capable of handling strenuous physical labor and working in various weather conditions.
Work Ethic: Strong commitment to punctuality, teamwork, and quality craftsmanship.
