Job Title: Commission-Based Business Development Representative / Project Acquisition Partner
Role & Responsibilities
Find and secure new manpower supply projects, contracts, or clients for the company.
Build strong business relationships with construction companies, factories, and industrial contractors.
Negotiate contract terms and finalize project agreements on behalf of the company.
Compensation & Benefits
Salary: No fixed basic salary
