Contracts Engineer with nine years' experience on large-scale infrastructure and construction projects. Handles the full contract cycle, tender documentation and bid evaluation, FIDIC administration, EOT and delay claims, variations, IPCs, and final accounts, with strong command of Saudi procurement platforms (Etimad, SAP Ariba) and a planning background that supports delay analysis and time impact assessments.
