Description
Elite-4 Engineering Works is looking for an experienced Workshop Supervisor to join our team in Yanbu, Saudi Arabia.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily workshop activities and ensure smooth production.
Read and interpret engineering and fabrication drawings.
Prepare material take-offs, quantity calculations, and job costing.
Estimate labor, material, and fabrication costs.
Plan and allocate manpower, materials, and equipment.
Monitor fabrication quality, productivity, and project timelines.
Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and workshop teams.
Ensure compliance with HSE and quality requirements.
Identify fabrication issues and provide practical solutions.
Maintain proper records of production, materials, and job progress.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Workshop Supervisor / Fabrication Supervisor.
Strong knowledge of fabrication, welding, machining, and workshop operations.
Ability to accurately read and understand engineering drawings.
Good understanding of cost estimation and material requirements.
Saudi market experience is required.
Strong knowledge of local suppliers, materials, and fabrication practices.
Ability to manage technicians, welders, fabricators, and workshop manpower.
Good communication and problem-solving skills.
Technical diploma or relevant engineering qualification is preferred.
