Civil / Finishing Site Engineer with 6 years of experience in high-rise residential apartment projects, specializing in finishing works, site execution, quality control, inspections, and subcontractor coordination. Experienced in tiles and flooring, marble and granite, plastering, blockwork, putty and painting, gypsum works, snagging and de-snagging, RFI preparation, quantity inspections, and project handover activities.
Strong ability to interpret IFC drawings, shop drawings, specifications, and project requirements, coordinate with subcontractors and site teams, monitor work progress, and ensure finishing works are completed according to approved drawings, quality standards, and project schedules. Familiar with QA/QC procedures, material inspections, site inspections, RFI processes, documentation, and progress reporting.
