1) Responsibilities
Monitoring and maintaining networks and servers to ensure optimal performance.
Upgrading, installing, and configuring new hardware and software to align with company objectives.
Implementing robust security protocols and procedures to safeguard against potential threats.
Creating user accounts and managing access control to protect sensitive data.
Performing diagnostic tests and debugging procedures to optimize computer systems.
Documenting processes, performing data backups, and ensuring efficient data archiving.
Developing effective data retrieval and recovery procedures to protect against data loss.
Designing and implementing end-user feedback and error reporting systems for improved user experience.
Supervising and mentoring IT department employees while providing top-notch IT support to all team members.
2) Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, information systems, or a related field.
Relevant professional qualifications, such as Microsoft, Oracle &Other Software’s.
At least 3 years of proven experience in a similar IT administration role.
Extensive expertise in IT systems, networks, and related technologies.
Solid knowledge of best practices in IT administration and system security.
Exceptional leadership, organizational, and time management skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to address complex IT challenges.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective team collaboration and user support
Must be Transferbale Iqama after probation period
