Skilled in Permit to Work (PTW) coordination, hazard identification, LOTO implementation, joint site inspections, and ensuring compliance with Saudi Aramco HSE procedures. Experienced in managing permits for high-risk activities including confined space entry, excavation, lifting operations, hot work, and work at height. NEBOSH, IOSH, OSHA, First Aid, BLS, and Authorized Gas Tester (AGT) certified/trained. SCABA Trained and completed Emergency Response Team (ERT) training courses, with strong communication, coordination, and safety leadership skills dedicated to achieving zero incidents and safe project execution.
