Description
Key Responsibilities:
Design high-quality 3D interior renders, models, and walkthroughs.
Prepare detailed 2D/3D shop drawings, ceiling plans, and working details.
Expertise in decorative Corniche (Crown Molding), false ceiling design, and wall panels.
Develop interior BIM models and plans using Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD.
Prepare material submittals and assist in BOQ preparation.
Requirements:
Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in residential and commercial interior fit-out projects.
Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, 3ds Max (V-Ray/Corona), and Photoshop.
Proven experience in Corniche and decorative molding designs.
Ability to handle site coordination and design execution.
Transferable Iqama or willing to relocate.
