📌 Interior Design Engineer
🎨 Department: Design Department
📊 Level: Designer
✅ Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, or Architecture with an Interior Design specialization
✅ 3+ years of interior design experience in an engineering or architectural design office
✅ Saudi experience preferred
✅ Saudi or Levantine candidates preferred
✅ Skilled in preparing designs, construction drawings, 3D visuals, and client presentations
✅ Good knowledge of materials, finishes, and modern design trends
✅ Familiar with current interior design software and its updates
🎯 Job Objective:
Design and develop interior spaces for residential and commercial projects, meeting aesthetic, functional, and client requirements.
💼 Key Responsibilities:
Prepare interior designs, including space planning and selection of materials, colors, furniture, and lighting
Develop design concepts, mood boards, and material boards, and present them to clients
Prepare construction drawings and 3D designs using approved design software
Coordinate with architectural, mechanical, electrical, and structural teams to ensure design integration
Prepare material schedules and technical specifications in coordination with procurement
Stay current with the latest interior design software and apply suitable tools
Monitor schedules, submit technical reports, and update the materials and technology library
