Description
Project Location: Fadhili

1. Material Receiving & Warehouse Inspection
• Inspect incoming field instruments, control valves, safety valves, junction boxes, and cabling upon arrival at the site warehouse.
• Verify tag numbers, manufacturer test certificates (MTRs/COCs), nameplate data, and physical condition against approved purchase orders and data sheets.
• Quarantine and issue rejection notices for damaged or non-compliant equipment.
2. Installation & Site Inspection
• Monitor field installation activities to ensure compliance with approved Method Statements and Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs).
• Check physical orientation, mounting, elevation, impulse tubing, air supply lines, and cable routing.
• Inspect the installation of control panels, marshaling cabinets, PLC/DCS systems, and console hardware.
• Verify cable laying, glanding, termination, shield grounding, and hazardous area (ATEX/IECEx) compliance.
