Description
Istrument engineer - Exp.7-10 years in field of Preventive maintenance , pre - commissioning, commissioning, loop check, functional test & maintenance testup & shutdown activities.
Key Responsibilities:-
- Good experience in PM in plants of refineries, pertrochemicals , oilLgas and power plants.
- Familiar in process control & instrumentation power & Gas plant and aknowledge about DCS, HMI based automation system
- Complete of understanding of installation, testing & commissioning of various field - RTD, TC, Flow, level sensor, pressure sensors,
smart transmitters, control valve, electronic switches.
- knowledge about vibration, calibration, local gauges, and proicient in field DCS/PLSsystem.
- Proficient in managing the maintenance and inspection of the wide range of instrument system.
- Designed, Develop and optimaize instrumentation and control system including preparation and review of P&ID,s loop diagram , wiring , and hook up drawings, ensuring compliance with IEC, ISA, API standard
- Performed maintenance and troubleshooting including health check, I/O diagnostic .
- Performed detailed maintenance of control valves, replacing plug stems, gaskets, bonnet nad cages, conduct auto and mannual
calibration of positioners.
- Verifies reading both on- site via laboratry tests, oversaw installation of instruments, junction boxes, impulse tubing, control pannel.
- Conduct FAT & SAT for instrumentation pannels, marchalling cabinet to ensure accurate operation and plant safety.
- Provide technical support and guidence to multidisciplinary team for seamless instrumentation integrating with electrical & mechanical.
Requirements:-
- Bachelor,s degree of science in Electrical engineering , instrumentation OR similar to it
- Prefer who have certificate on AUTO CAD , PLC and Control system
