Description
Facilitech is expanding its network of specialized consultants for an upcoming Facilities Management advisory assignment in Saudi Arabia.
We invite qualified independent consultants and subject-matter experts to submit their CVs for the following roles:
• FM Policy and Process Specialist
• Asset Management Specialist
• Workplace Planning and Space Management Specialist
• HSE, Emergency Preparedness and Business Continuity Specialist
• Employee Accommodation Specialist
The assignment will involve the development of a comprehensive Facilities Management governance framework, including policies, procedures, SOPs, workflows, responsibility matrices, forms, checklists, KPIs and training materials.
Preferred qualifications and experience:
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience for senior specialist roles
• Demonstrated experience in FM consulting, policy development or operational governance
• Strong knowledge of relevant Saudi regulations and recognized international standards
• Experience in aviation, transportation, corporate workplaces, employee accommodation or other complex multi-site environments is highly desirable
• Previous experience developing professional policies, SOPs, technical frameworks and implementation tools
• Strong professional English communication and technical-writing capabilities
• Arabic proficiency is an advantage and essential for the Arabic technical-review role
• Availability for a short-term, project-based consultancy assignment
• Ability to participate in remote interviews, workshops and document reviews
This is a project-based consulting opportunity and not a permanent employment position.
